发展历程

2012年6月夏小桔科技在北京成立并推出嘀嘀打车APP;快智科技在杭州成立并推出快的打车APP;双方均为用户提供出租车在线叫车服务。

2013年嘀嘀打车和快的打车相继获得腾讯和阿里巴巴战略投资,同年快的打车并购大黄蜂打车。

2014年1月嘀嘀和快的掀起轰动全国的补贴大战,移动出行由此开始普及。

2014年5月嘀嘀打车正式更名为滴滴打车。
