海城市三星生态农业有限公司成立于2006年，注册资金1170余万元，是一个跨地区、跨行业、外向型、高科技农业产业化企业。公司主要从事设施蔬菜产业链建设相关的主要构成环节，产前的新品种选育、引进、筛选；产中的农资产品配套、技术服务与支撑；产后的绿色食品蔬菜销售三个方面的研发及市场化运营。经过多年发展，目前三星公司已经拥有自主研发的蔬菜品种30余个，备案推广19个；引进国外优良蔬菜品种136个，推广17个。企业现有职工236人，其中科技人员78名，具有高级职称的员工56人，中级职称的员工22人，初级职称员工15人。公司占地2700余亩，其中温室76栋，建设现代化育苗工厂250000余平方米，组培中心500平方米。
