公司创建于2008年1月。成立时名称为汉中珑津油脂有限公司。2010年，公司产品战略向木本油转移，更名为汉中珑津木本油业有限公司，专注于山茶籽油、绿茶籽油、核桃油等系列木本食用植物油的研发、生产。2014年，公司发展战略明确以茶油生产为发展方向，借整体改制东风，再次更名为汉中珑津茶油科技股份有限公司。
