公司以北京中浩丹食品股份公司出色管理理念和卫生标准为环境依托，以浩丹公司400米的深井水源水经过水处理车间过滤的纯净水作为芝麻原料水、自动上料机自动冷却机、自动收料机、全自动晃油机、自动除水器、全自动灌装线等生产设备为基础。通过四次除杂保障在磨酱车间的芝麻全部为饱满的优质芝麻，保障香油的高质量，全自动晃油机晃油均匀，全自动灌装线保障香油有在生产的过程中没有被二次污染的机会。以传统石磨为磨酱车间的生产设备，保障香油的口味比机器压榨的香油味道更纯正。

公司和郸城中浩丹种植专业合作社合作在郸城建立省级千亩芝麻专业种植基地，做为中浩丹公司生产小磨香油的原料供应，计划2013年再扩大3000亩种植面积，保障原料供应充足。
