洛阳钼业完成厄瓜多尔凯歌豪斯金矿交割 正式布局黄金资源

36氪获悉,据洛阳钼业官微,6月26日,洛阳钼业宣布完成对Lumina Gold 上市公司的收购交易,从而获得厄瓜多尔凯歌豪斯金矿(Cangrejos Project)100%的股权,公司资源版图新增黄金资源。该交易已于2025年6月24日正式完成。基于2023年的预可研报告,该矿保有资源量13.76亿吨,金平均品位0.46g/t,内蕴黄金金属638吨;储量6.59亿吨,金平均品位0.55g/t,内蕴黄金金属359吨。预计寿命为26年。目前,该矿仍在矿权范围内及矿体深部进行勘探,根据公司技术人员初步研判,未来资源储量还有一定提升空间。根据初步规划,该项目计划2028年实现投产,年产约11.5吨金。
