小康酒业有限公司坐落在元氏县封龙山脚下，总投资2600万元，工厂面积达19980平方米，具有20年粮食酿造酒的传统工艺。年生产能力 1000吨。2013年开发的封龙书院酒，秉承传统手工酿造工艺，精选尚好高粱，经过渥堆发酵，高温蒸馏等多项流程，酿造出了保留原始风味，具有浓厚地方特色醇香白酒。

石家庄西南二十多公里，有座封龙山，是一座有着两千多年的历史名山。相传大禹曾这里治水，把一条乱水蛟龙封于此山中，故名封龙山。与封龙山秀丽的自然风光相比，它的文化遗存的丰富和历史文化内涵更具有深远的影响，落座封龙山脚下的封龙书院是我国北方教育发祥之地，是世界数学的摇篮。自汉代李躬授业之所到宋朝李昉重修封龙书院，再到李冶在此讲学，著书立说，历经千年。

2011年元氏县委、县筹资2000多万元修复了封龙书院。书院的修复，带动了旅游业的迅猛发展，也促进了当地经济的复兴。历代文人多豪饮，古代书院名士讲学，游山均以酒为伴，自此封龙山酿酒历史源远流长。2013年以来，河北小康酒业有限公司，依托封龙书院的文化渊源，研制出了封龙山书院酒。该酒选取具有代表封龙书院的一人、一石、一景、一典故为名，开发了四款精品酒。名为：好问、试剑、龙井、圆梦。

Compared with the beautiful natural scenery of Fenglong mountain, its rich cultural heritage and historical and cultural connotation have far-reaching influence. The Fenglong Academy at the foot of Fenglong mountain is the birthplace of education in northern China and the cradle of mathematics in the world. It took thousands of years from the place of Li Fu's education in Han Dynasty to Li Fang's re construction of Fenglong Academy in Song Dynasty, and then to Li Ye's lecture here. In 2011, Yuanshi County Party committee and county raised more than 20 million yuan to repair Fenglong Academy. The restoration of academies led to the rapid development of tourism and the revival of local economy. Scholars of all ages drink a lot. Ancient scholars give lectures and travel around the mountains with wine. Since then, the wine making history of Fenglong mountain has a long history. Since 2013, Hebei Xiaokang liquor industry Co., Ltd. has developed fenglongshan academy liquor relying on the cultural origin of Fenglong Academy. This wine is named after one person, one stone, one scene and one allusion which represent Fenglong Academy. Four fine wines have been developed. Name: good question, sword test, Longjing, Yuanmeng.
