秦皇岛柳河山庄葡萄酒业有限公司创立于2006年，由秦皇岛企业家胡刚先生投资6000万独资兴建。酒厂位于河北卢龙柳河山谷产区。这里温润的海风，明显的日夜温差，以及沙质土壤是赤霞珠、品丽珠等酿酒葡萄理想的生长环境。
