2007年：定向发行人民币普通股9962万股，募集资金16亿元。

2009年7月：吸收合并浙江新湖创业。

2014年12月：定向发行17.74亿股，募集资金总额54.99亿元。

2015年11月：定向发行9.62亿股，募集资金总额49.99亿元。
