金酒历史:

金酒制程:
制曲:原料采用金门种植之小麦为主,经研磨→搅和→制曲块→培曲→堆曲→磨曲→添加高粱发酵,完成制曲任务。
酿酒:原料采用金门种植高粱为主,经浸泡→蒸煮→冷却→拌曲→发酵→蒸馏→再拌曲→再发酵→再蒸馏(第二道酒),完成酿酒生产作业。
