The college is located in Shuangfu New District, Jiangjin District, Chongqing, covering an area of 682 mu, with more than 8000 teachers and students. In 2013, the group and Sichuan Pan American Education Group established Chongqing Xinyuan Investment Co., Ltd. to complete the acquisition of Chongqing Hailian vocational and technical college. Chongqing Hailian vocational and technical college is located in Huixing street, Yubei District, Chongqing, covering an area of 345.697 mu. In May 2013, with the strong support of Chongqing municipal government, the college acquired 580 mu of land to build a new campus, which is located in the aviation industrial park of Liangjiang New District, Chongqing, China. As the supporting talent training base of the park, it focuses on building a vocational college integrating aviation, scientific research, flight, service, management and manufacturing, and training practical talents of aviation industry, management and service talents of aviation service industry and general aviation flight professionals. In 2015, the group funded and completed the acquisition of Foreign Business School of Chongqing Normal University. The college has two campuses: Hechuan (Xuefu Road, Hechuan District, Chongqing) and Tongliang (Xuefu Avenue, Tongliang District, Chongqing). There are 27 undergraduate majors and 5 junior college majors, among which the English undergraduate major is Chongqing characteristic major. The college enrolls students from 31 provinces, cities and autonomous regions. At present, it has more than 16000 students.
