公司现有“年产12万吨硫铁矿制硫酸”和“年产12万吨磷酸一铵”生产线两条。（一）硫酸生产线于2009年9月30日投产生产，该生产线工艺设备技术，设备机械化、自动化水平高，生产流程简洁、顺畅，操作简单，易控制，整体设备选型技术成熟，是国内制造的节能型设备。废尘采用水沫除尘方法；废气采用碱性尾气处理方法；废渣经专业技术处理后综合利用；废水采用高能污水处理系统设备，通过中和沉淀过滤方法处理后循环利用。（二）磷酸一铵生产线定于2012年3月18日试生产，该生产线主要工艺采用我国自行开发的料浆浓缩法。该工艺技术十分成熟，设备实现国产化，具有适应中低品位磷矿的优势，流程简单、运行稳定、腐蚀轻、能耗低、投资省、生产强度大等特点。

工业“三废”处置为：①废气排放装置采用了低位闪蒸冷却和酸洗、水洗技术，使尾气中的有害物质排放量低于国家规定的排放标准；②废水排放通过优化工艺流程，做到装置污水封闭循环使用，实现污水零排放。③废渣排放，厂区内设置大型堆渣场一个，公司技术研发中心正和科研单位共同开发，使其变废为宝。（三）污水处理站情况：公司投资2860万元建成污水处理站一座，该站选用“中和沉淀过滤”处理方法，实现污水零排放。废水处理系统分为五个单元：一段氧化还原反应、二段铁盐石灰除砷、三段去重金属、过滤单元和循环利用。一段去除99%的砷，二段彻底除砷和绝大部分重金属，三段是对前两段处理后残留的少量重金属离子彻底去除，过滤单元是将SS去除，循环系统将水全部返回生产车间利用。一、二、三段产生污泥经板框压滤机压滤，含砷污泥运至陆良县指定工业废渣堆场暂时存储，公司正联系相关科研单位，共同研发，变废再利用。

It has the advantages of adapting to low-grade phosphate rock, simple process, stable operation, light corrosion, low energy consumption, low investment, high production intensity and so on. The treatment of industrial "three wastes" is as follows: ① the waste gas discharge device adopts low flash cooling, acid pickling and water washing technology, so that the discharge of harmful substances in the tail gas is lower than the national discharge standard; ② the waste water discharge is closed and recycled through optimizing the process flow, so as to realize zero discharge of waste water. ③ For waste discharge, a large-scale slag yard is set up in the plant area. The company's technology research and development center is jointly developing with scientific research units to turn waste into treasure. （3） Situation of sewage treatment station: the company has invested 28.6 million yuan to build a sewage treatment station, which adopts the treatment method of "neutralization, sedimentation and filtration" to realize zero sewage discharge. The wastewater treatment system is divided into five units: the first stage oxidation-reduction reaction, the second stage iron salt lime arsenic removal, the third stage heavy metal removal, filtration unit and recycling. In the first stage, 99% arsenic will be removed, in the second stage, arsenic and most heavy metals will be completely removed, in the third stage, a small amount of heavy metal ions will be completely removed after the first two stages of treatment, Ss will be removed in the filtration unit, and all water will be returned to the production workshop by the circulating system. 1、 The sludge produced in the second and third sections is pressed and filtered by plate and frame filter press, and the arsenic containing sludge is transported to the designated industrial waste residue yard of Luliang County for temporary storage.
