南充烟山味业有限责任公司是集生产、加工、销售为一体的调味品食品企业。公司现有总资产7172万元,员工223人,技术人才56人;厂址占地面积48000平方米,拥有专业的现代化冬菜及系列调味品生产加工生产线,技术实力雄厚,检测手断完善。已在南充市高坪区、嘉陵区、蓬安县、西充县建成2.5万亩标准冬菜、辣椒产业化基地。

所产“烟山牌”系列产品酱腌菜、复合调味料分别取得了食品生产许可证。2009

早在清·乾隆年间(1790年), 青居厂乐、廖两家从浙江引进冬菜腌制技术,世代相传。到1950年,南充县青居的乐作周、廖泽沛继承祖业,各自经营酱园业务。1956年在社会主义改造中将乐、廖两家纳入公私合营划归青居区供销社领导,定名为“前进副食厂”,生产和销售冬菜。1958年改为“南充县青居区供销社副食厂”。乐作周、廖泽沛被聘为工厂的技术人员,传艺带徒,培养后继人才19名,为青居冬菜的发展奠定了基础。副食厂的规模在不断扩大,厂房逐年兴建,产量连年上升,综合乐、廖两家技术后,产品独具风味,70年代初成为南充县出口的重要商品之一。1976年全省在涪陵召开“四菜”(冬菜、榨菜、芽菜、大头菜)会议上,青居区供销社副食厂代表作典型发言。党的十一届三中全会后,农村推行农业生产责任制,农民有了生产自主权,由于箭杆菜不择土壤,不与粮食争地,不同农作物争肥,生长期短,这就养成了当地农民沿袭种植箭杆菜的良好习惯,并逐年扩大种植面积。1980年,南充地区行署召开物资交流大会,有全国各地代表参加,南充冬菜倍受喜爱。青居区供销社生产的冬菜以“烟山牌”商标注册。1992年青居区供销社副食厂脱离青居供销社,由南充县供销社直管,取名“四川南充冬菜厂”。1997年该厂同四川省轻工研究设计院联合研制开发出,免洗免切,开袋即食的“碎粒型”系列冬菜,完成了南充冬菜历史上的一次革命、一次飞越。2001年为实施品牌战略,更名“四川南充烟山冬菜厂”。为了做大做强传统产品,2005年12月企业进行股份制改造后,组建了今天的“南充烟山味业有限责任公司。

In Gaoping District, Jialing District, Pengan county and Xichong County, Nanchong City, 25000 Mu standard winter vegetable and pepper industrialization base has been built. The "Yanshan brand" series products pickle and compound seasoning have obtained food production licenses respectively. As early as the year of Qianlong (1790) in the Qing Dynasty, Qingju, Changle and Liao introduced the salting technology of winter vegetables from Zhejiang Province, which has been handed down from generation to generation. By 1950, lecozhou and Liao Zepei of Qingju in Nanchong county had inherited their ancestral businesses and operated their own soy sauce business. In 1956, in the socialist transformation, le and Liao were incorporated into the public-private joint venture and put under the leadership of Qingju District Supply and marketing cooperatives. They were named "Qianjin non staple food factory" to produce and sell winter vegetables. In 1958, it was changed into "Nanchong County Qingju District Supply and Marketing Cooperative non staple food factory". Lezuozhou and Liao Zepei were employed as technicians of the factory. They taught and trained 19 successors, laying a foundation for the development of Qingju winter vegetables. The scale of the non-staple food factory is expanding, the factory buildings are built year by year, and the output is increasing year by year. After integrating the technology of Le and Liao, the products have unique flavor, and become one of the important commodities exported by Nanchong County in the early 1970s. In 1976, representatives of the non-staple food factory of Qingju District Supply and marketing society made a typical speech at the "four dishes" (winter vegetables, mustard tubers, sprouts and turnips) conference held in Fuling. After the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the responsibility system of agricultural production was carried out in rural areas, and farmers had the right of production autonomy. Because arrow plants did not choose soil, did not compete with grain for land, different crops for fertilizer, and had a short growth period, local farmers formed a good habit of planting arrow plants, and expanded the planting area year by year. In 1980, Nanchong District Office held a material exchange conference, which was attended by representatives from all over the country. Nanchong winter food was very popular. The winter vegetables produced by Qingju District Supply and marketing association are registered with the trademark of "Yanshan brand". In 1992, the non-staple food factory of Qingju district was separated from Qingju supply and marketing society and directly managed by Nanchong county supply and marketing society. It was named "Sichuan Nanchong winter food factory". In 1997, the factory and Sichuan Light Industry Research and Design Institute jointly developed a series of "broken grain" winter vegetables, which are free of washing and cutting, ready to eat in bags, and completed a revolution and a leap in the history of Nanchong winter vegetables. In 2001, in order to implement the brand strategy, it was renamed "Sichuan Nanchong Yanshan winter vegetable factory". In order to make traditional products bigger and stronger, in December 2005, after the joint-stock reform, the company established today's "Nanchong Yanshan flavor industry Co., Ltd.".
