山东方宇润滑油有限公司成立于2009年，位于山东省淄博市齐鲁工业园西首，是一家按照美国石油学会（API）标准进行润滑油基础油的专业生产和成品润滑油加工的石油化工企业。公司引进高压加氢精制、异构脱蜡、深度脱芳等全流程加氢工艺，建设了“石蜡基润滑油基础油加氢项目”。

“石蜡基润滑油基础油加氢项目”分两期工程建设，其中一期主要建设40万吨/年中压加氢联合装置、15000Nm3/h制氢装置等，于2013年投产达效。二期项目其中包括60万吨/年重蜡油高压加氢和50000m³/h制氢装置、60万吨/年重蜡油高压加氢装置，是目前亚洲压力等级较高，操作压力为22Mpa，单套规模较大的基础油生产装置，所产产品质量可以达到APIⅡ类、Ⅲ类润滑油基础油的标准，并附产10万吨/年食品和化妆品级白油，产品指标可以替代进口，于2016年4月投产达效，使国内润滑油成品油的调和摆脱对进口基础油的依赖。现方宇润滑油真正进入润滑油生产企业的行列，成为国内较大、产品种类较全的专业特种油生产厂家。

The second phase of the project includes 600000t / a heavy wax oil high-pressure hydrogenation and 50000m3 / h hydrogen production unit, 600000t / a heavy wax oil high-pressure hydrogenation unit. It is a single large-scale base oil production unit with a high pressure level in Asia, with an operating pressure of 22Mpa. The quality of the products can meet the standards of API class II and class III lubricating oil base oil, with an additional production of 100000 t / a food and cosmetics Grade white oil, the product index can replace the import, and it was put into production in April 2016 to achieve the effect, so that the reconciliation of domestic lubricating oil products can get rid of the dependence on imported base oil. Now Fangyu lubricating oil has really entered the ranks of lubricating oil production enterprises, and has become a professional special oil manufacturer with large domestic products.
