公司现有职工201人，其中专业技术人员47人。公司拥有进口的全自动造型生产线及其配套的铸造设备，同时拥有加工中心、数控车床等40台主要机械加工设备以及直读光谱仪、金相显微镜、三坐标检测仪等11台关键检测设备。公司具有自身特色的冷、热、测核心工艺技术。
