大连新重集团有限公司（以下简称“公司”）成立于2002年，系民营股份制企业，其前身是具有80多年铸造生产历史的国有企业。公司下设一个控股子公司（大连新重集团进出口有限公司）和一个生产基地（石河生产基地），是集机械制造（含铸造、加工、装配）、贸易、科研于一体的（大连）企业。公司厂区占地面积11万平方米，建筑面积6万平方米。公司总部位于大连市金州区石河街道兴海路9-5号。

公司现有职工201人，其中专业技术人员47人。公司拥有进口的全自动造型生产线及其配套的铸造设备，同时拥有加工中心、数控车床等40台主要机械加工设备以及直读光谱仪、金相显微镜、三坐标检测仪等11台关键检测设备。公司具有自身特色的冷、热、测核心工艺技术。

In the past three years, the annual sales volume has reached 120 million yuan.
