甘肃东兴铝业有限公司（以下简称“东兴铝业”）是甘肃省铝冶炼企业。企业主营电解合金铝，现有总资产近90亿元，员工4000余人。公司下辖嘉峪关分公司、陇西分公司、兰州分公司和兰州建华金属加工厂四个分公司，拥有240KA、400KA、500KA三条大型电解合金铝生产线，形成年产合金铝85万吨的生产能力。

近几年来，东兴铝业紧紧抓住国内铝产业向西部地区转移的大好时机，充分利用西北地区丰富的风电资源优势，大力发展大型铝合金生产工艺和装备，使企业在短短几年时间里得到了突飞猛进的发展。从2007年到2011年，东兴铝业相继实施了“生命工程”——12万吨240KA预焙电解合金铝技改工程、“希望工程”——25万吨400KA预焙电解槽合金化技改工程、“腾飞工程”——酒嘉风电载能100万吨节能技术改造工程等三大技改项目建设，打造了企业腾飞的动力引擎。

From 2007 to 2011, Dongxing aluminum industry successively implemented three major technical transformation projects, namely "Life Project" - 120000 tons of 240kA pre baked electrolytic alloy aluminum technical transformation project, "Hope Project" - 250000 tons of 400kA pre baked electrolytic cell alloying technical transformation project, "take off project" - 1 million tons of energy saving technical transformation project of Jiujia wind power, and built the power engine of enterprise take-off. The energy-saving technical transformation project of aluminum alloy with energy carrying characteristics of one million ton wind power is a circular economy project introduced to give full play to the advantages of power resource enrichment in Jiajiu area, actively undertake the industrial transfer in the East, accelerate the pace of industrial structure adjustment, promote leapfrog development, and take the strategic restructuring and cooperation of enterprises.
