南阳纺织集团有限公司于2006年8月份顺利完成企业改制，由河南兴达投资有限公司整体收购成为新的民营企业。现有纱锭30万枚，织机2000台，固定资产10亿元；职工4500人；年产棉纱5.9万吨，棉布8187万米，年产值17亿余元，年销售收入17亿余元；产品涵盖纯棉、涤棉、粘棉、莫代尔、天丝、竹纤维、大豆蛋白纤维等多种纤维的普纺、精纺、混纺、紧密纺、赛络纺。产品畅销国内20多个省、市、自治区，远销香港、日本、欧美等20多个国家和地区。

企业改制后，新建20万锭新型纺纱项目，总投资6.8亿元人民币，全部采用国产设备，关键部件国外进口，自动化程度高，设备运行E系统自控，长车自动落纱，络筒工序全部自动化，检测手段精湛，大功率电器采用变频技术，照明全部采用LED光源，无锅炉，无排放；产品定位在40支以上全精梳紧密纺、紧密赛络纺针织纱。该项目起点高、设计好，具有全国企业水平。预计2015年5月份建成投产。建成后，年新增产棉纱30000吨，新增销售收入11.5亿元，新增利润8500万元，税金5500万元，税利1.4亿元。

到2015年，南阳纺织集团有限公司生产规模将形成50万纱锭、2000台织机规模的生产能力，年销售收入达到30亿元以上，跨入全国纺织行业特大型企业的行列，必将为中原经济区南阳主体区建设发挥更大作用。

After completion, the annual output of cotton yarn will be increased by 30000 tons, the new sales revenue will be 1.15 billion yuan, the new profit will be 85 million yuan, the tax will be 55 million yuan and the tax profit will be 140 million yuan. By 2015, Nanyang Textile Group Co., Ltd. will have a production capacity of 500000 spindles and 2000 looms, with an annual sales revenue of more than 3 billion yuan.
