沈阳高压成套开关股份有限公司(原沈阳高压成套开关厂)，成立于1963年，2006年整体转制为股份有限公司，公司建立以来以“瞄准世界一流技术，在引进吸收技术基础上通过联合研究、自主开发来提升企业竞争力”为企业自主创新战略，大力开展以新技术开发为主要内容的技术创新工作，努力实现产品和技术的升级，促进了企业的跨越式发展。1997年企业通过挪威船级社DNV（船级社）与英国劳氏（LRQA）ISO 9001双质量体系认证。

企业在原有技术开发部的基础上于2007年在国家相关部门协助下与中国科学院组建了“重要目标企业”、“沈阳输变电配套装备产业开发基地”。通过中科院的技术人员和试验能力的支持，公司现具备国际精良的开关设备技术研发、科技攻关团队。

企业拥有员工总数503人，其中工程技术人员171人，企业以CIMS集成制造信息化技术为依托，产品设计和制造实现CAD/CAM/CNC和PDM集成，从三维实体建模化设计，经动态分析计算，模拟仿真到CNC柔性加工制造，全部在网络环境下进行，实现ERP信息化管理。改造建封闭式生产、装配车间，新增建筑面积7.9万平方米，新建GIS气室（不锈钢）柔性钣金加工生产线，断路器生产装配线，瑞士金马喷涂装置生产线，激光自动焊接生产线及SF6气箱气密性精加工与组装线和高压检测、出厂试验中心等。在原有设备基础上新增国际专业水平的生产设备和检测设备67台（套）组成了7条生产和检测线，形成专业化批量生产，达到年产高、低压开关设备6000余台（套）的能力，满足市场需求和企业发展的需要。
