1973年:开始在本地百货公司自设销售专柜。
1974年:金利来产品逐步由领带扩展至优质时尚的皮具及男士饰物。
1981年:金利来新加坡有限公司注册成立,统筹金利来产品于新加坡的销售业务。
1984年:金利来产品开始进军中国市场。
1987年:金利来的产品系列增添恤衫。
1990年:金利来(中国)有限公司注册成立,统筹集团国内服装服饰业务。
1992年:集团正式在香港联合交易所上市(股份代号:533)。
1993年:集团购入沙田金利来集团中心,香港总部随即迁往该物业办公。
2007年:全港首间GoldlionAccessories于尖东开业,为品牌注入“清新?时尚”形象。
2009年,新中国成立60周年之际,金利来推出60周年特别纪念的限量版领带-“中国红”。
