公司于2008年5月在深圳证券交易所成功上市,股票简称塔牌集团,代码002233,融资额达100300万元,在当时中小板块上市公司融资额中排名第八。公司上市后,按照广东证监局及深交所的要求,规范了公司管理操作制度,为公司科学管理、规范发展提供了有力的保障。2010年以发行可转换公司债券的方式进行第二次融资,融资金额为6.3亿元,用于公司混凝土产业的发展。

为进一步贯彻落实国家和省、市行业产业结构调整政策和规划,塔牌集团制定了“十二五”发展目标:水泥生产规模力争实现2000万吨以上,混凝土生产规模实现6000万方,管桩生产规模实现480万米,资产总额实现120亿元,年销售收入和利税分别实现120亿元和20亿元,力争保持广东行业排名第一和中国水泥行业十强。
