河南省孟州市奥森人造板有限公司，是孟州市政府招商引资企业。公司2003年9月成立于孟州市产业集聚区，2004年12月建成投产。公司现有员工460人，其中技术人员56人，总投资15亿元，占地1000亩，生产规模为年产10万立方米环保型中高密度纤维板。

生产采用新型环保工艺技术，产品符合国家环保要求，生产原料利用农林“三剩物和次小薪材”及农作物秸秆等剩余物，热能中心利用生产过程中的砂光粉、木屑、树皮等不能回用的废料，代替传统的工业燃煤锅炉，仅此一项年可节约标煤3万吨，同时对环境又不会造成污染。

人造纤维板属于农林副产品再加工，其主要用途有：民用（强化复合地板、家具、装饰、木材替代品等）、工业用于音响、车辆、乐器、船舶、航空等。自2004年12月18日投产以来，公司的主导产品8毫米---18毫米高密度人造板各项技术、性能指标均等于或高于国家标准，具有较好的经济效益和社会效益。产品畅销广州、深圳、武汉、成都、江苏、上海、西安等十多个省市和国际市场。
