山东莱芜泰顺斋食品有限公司位于口镇。2004年3月，因国企改制，原国营口镇南肠百年老店得到顺利重组，2007年初,由原厂领导和技术骨干带领企业老职工重新整合,在原厂址创办新公司,并注册“齐鲁泰顺斋”、“西街顺香”商标。公司占地面积1.2万平方米，现有职工120人，注册资金500万元，固定资产3200多万元。企业引进切割、搅拌、灌装及杀菌生产线，公司成为鲁中地区具备规模和实力的肉制品及酱腌菜生产厂家。

泰顺斋的主导产品是以南肠为主的肉制品。南肠，又名香肠，因过去佐料皆来源于南洋一带，故莱芜人称之为南肠，其起源于清朝道光年间（1849），至今已有一百六十多年的生产历史。泰顺斋南肠，秉承了百年传统工艺，融汇现代科学技术，按照严格的生产工序精制而成，以其用料考究，制作精良，香醇味美而远近闻名。泰顺斋风干肉、枣肠、麻辣肠及肴肉、渣子肉、板肚、卷肘等其它肉制品也都享有较高的声誉。
