公司于2004年投入资金兴建综合试验楼，购买精良的检测仪器建立健全完善的检测体系，又于2007年投入大量资金新建生产车间，实现产品生产自动化控制，进一步提高产品质量。2009年加快推进化工企业优化升级，积极发展高新技术产品、做大精细化工产业、拓展经济发展空间”的引导政策，投资3000万元，入驻城东循环经济园，新建年产万吨聚氨酯胶粘剂厂房，并于2009年十月正式投产。

项目建成投产后，年生产能力可以提高10000吨，其中水性聚氨酯胶粘剂5000吨，酯溶型聚氨酯胶粘剂4000吨，醇溶型聚氨酯胶粘剂1000吨。通过本项目的实施，为公司产品结构向高科技含量、高附加值、无污染方向调整奠定坚实的基础；不断加强企业在成果转化中的主题地位、促进产学研结合，使企业拥有自主知识产权的核心技术，增强核心竞争力；同时，通过本项目成果转化，形成适合我国聚氨酯胶粘剂生产的安全、可持续发展的清洁生产模式，产生较大的示范作用。
