中国成套设备进出口集团有限公司(简称“中成集团”)，于1959年11月经批准，由对外贸易部和机械工业部共同筹建和领导。公司成立后，统一组织实施国家对外经济技术援助项目。先后建成了1500多个各类对外工程及成套项目，分布在亚非拉50多个国家和地区，为新中国的援外事业做出了重要贡献，赢得了广大发展中国家和人民的高度赞誉。

1993年，公司经国务院批准改组为综合型外经贸企业集团，从事成套设备出口、国际工程承包和实业投资等业务。1999年，公司纳入中央企业工委管理序列。2003年，由国务院国资委归口管理。2009年，公司整体并入国家开发投资公司。

中成集团注册资本金为10.9185亿元，拥有8家全资子公司、5家控股子公司、1家分公司。其中：中成进出口股份有限公司(股票代码：000151)在深圳交易所上市，华联国际(控股)有限公司(股票代码：00969)为香港主板上市公司。

(Stock Code: 000151) is listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and Hualian International (Holdings) Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 00969) is listed on the main board of Hong Kong.
