临沂江泉肉制品有限公司火腿肠厂占地面积62980平方米，产品种类74余种，主要生产高温火腿肠，如王中王香肠、江泉加钙王、百年江泉等；低温产品有无淀粉火腿肠、瘦肉肠等；酱卤产品有江泉猪蹄、全猪宴等。

公司采用肉制品加工设备，分别从日本、美国、德国、瑞士进口，主要设备有填充结扎机、真空制冷滚揉机、高速真空斩拌机、高速乳化机、绞肉机，生产和质量安全。项目产品生产技术采用目前为成熟的高中温肉制品加工技术，严格时间链和温度链管理，低温滚揉腌制、流水组合充填结扎、数控灭菌与烘干、流水线包装等技术装备，生产周期短至6小时，从而使产品营养自然、新鲜如初。主原料猪肉年需求2.5万吨，肉联厂年产各种生鲜冷冻肉品5万吨，原料可自供；辅助原料植物蛋白年需求5000吨，国内可供。
