吉林电力股份有限公司（以下简称吉电股份）是吉林省内和国家电力投资集团公司在东北区域的以电力、热力投资和生产运营为主业的上市公司。公司股票简称“吉电股份”，股票代码“000875”。

吉电股份于1993年4月28日由吉林省能源交通总公司作为主发起人，以定向募集方式设立，总股本12.6亿股。2002年9月26日，公司股票在深交所挂牌上市。2005年7月18日，中国电力投资集团公司与吉林省国资委签署《关于吉林省能源交通总公司产权转让协议》，成为吉电股份实际控制人。2015年5月29日，中国电力投资集团公司与国家核电技术公司正式宣布合并，公司实际控股人--中国电力投资集团公司更名为国家电力投资集团公司。
