福建福人木业有限公司（原福州人造板厂）是我国改革开放初期由原林业部和福建省合资兴建的全国首家生产中密度纤维板的国有大型木材综合利用企业，主要从事人造板及其深加工产品和相关材料的研发、生产、销售和原料林培育，是全国520户国家重点企业和福建省百家重点企业之一，拥有总资产10.06亿元，占地718亩(福州台江厂区392亩,福州马尾厂区326亩)。

企业于1979年开始筹建，1986年4月26日第一期工程竣工投产。2002年12月18日，公司完成股份制改制工作，成立福建福人木业有限公司，现有股东为福建省林业投资发展有限公司和中国林产工业公司，公司注册资本为15718万元，其中福建省林业投资发展有限公司占60%股权，中国林产工业公司占40%股权。

企业成立以来，先后进行了一、二、三期工程建设，第一条生产线为中密度纤维板生产线成套设备，于1982年从美国引进，1986年竣工投产，代表了当时国际先进水平，经技术改造后目前年生产能力已超过11万m3；第二条生产线为具有90年代国际先进水平的连续平压法中密度纤维板生产线，于1995年从德国引进，通过技改革新，目前年实际生产能力达到10万m3以上，并被国家评为“八?五”优秀技改项目；第三条生产线为年产25万m3复合结构微粒板生产线，于2004年从芬兰引进，2006年1月26日投入生产，该项目的产品刨花板是属于国家重点鼓励发展的产品和技术，具有良好的国际、国内市场前景。目前，福州台江、马尾两个厂区的人造板年生产能力已超过45万立方米。此外，公司以资产为纽带，与林场、采育场、林农等通过合资、合作、控股参股等方式，开展山海协作，定向培育建设50万亩工业原料林基地，目前已建成近10万亩。

近几年，公司还完成了六个高科技与深加工项目的建设:一是承担国家科技部863集成管理系统(CIMS)应用示范工程的建设。二是在国家林业局的支持下，完成了国家948项目之一的年产600万m2的连续辊压法贴面生产线项目。三是完成年产600万m2三聚氰胺浸渍纸生产线的建设。四是从美国引进年处理7万m3中密度纤维板的游离甲醛生产线的技改项目。五是完成年产400万m2短周期三聚氰胺贴面生产线的建设。六是完成年产300万m2强化木地板生产线的建设。公司生产的产品主要有：“福人”牌中（高）密度纤维板、强化木地板、刨花板、浸渍胶膜纸饰面人造板、饰面用浸渍胶膜纸等，建立了比较完善的销售网络，在全国设立了500多个经销网点。

发展历程

1979年，福州人造板厂正式成立，成为国内第一家生产中密度纤维板的国有大型木业综合利用企业。

1980年，从美国引进第一条中密度纤维板成套设备。

1983年，生产线试车成功，生产出第一块中密度纤维板。

1986年，竣工投产，代表了当时国际先进水平，也开创了我国中密度纤维板生产的序幕。

1993年，从德国引进第一条代表90年代国际进行水平的连续平压法中密度纤维板生产线；

2000年，从德国引进第一条宽幅面刨花板生产线；

2002年，福州人造板厂改制更名为福建福人木业有限公司。
