GS加德士，英文名称GS Caltex Corporation，中文名称佳施加德士株式会社，简称GS加德士。GS加德士成立于1967年，是由当时的韩国LG集团与美国加德士（Caltex）公司的合资企业（美国加德士公司隶属于雪佛龙石油公司）。2005年，LG集团重组以后，由LG加德士更名为GS加德士。
