唐宫于2008年10月在上海自设食品厂,建立中央食品生产系统,生产多项季节性食品及礼盒包装食品。唐宫食品厂整合采购、食品生产、保鲜、质检、包装、库存及配送程序,为集团餐厅统一处理食品加工工序。
集团先后通过“香港优质五常法认证”、“香港环境资源及安全学会”、“五钻国家特级酒家认证”等考核,被授予“全国绿色餐饮企业”、“全国食疗养生示范单位”、“中国餐饮百强企业”等荣誉称号。
Tanggong (China) Holding Co., Ltd. is a chain catering group operating in China. The first restaurant opened in China in 1997 and listed on the main board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange on April 19, 2011 (Stock Code: 1181). Tanggong has created six brands, namely, Tanggong seafood restaurant, Tanggong meal, Tanggong No.1, Shengshi Tanggong, ninja House Japanese cuisine and Yingchuan Japanese cuisine. In China, Tanggong provides customers with various high-quality Chinese cuisine, Hong Kong style tea, Japanese cuisine and diversified catering services. Our restaurants are strategically located in China's first and second tier cities, including Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Macao, Suzhou, Hangzhou and Dongguan, catering to different consumer markets. As of May 2013, there were 46 restaurants in total and food factories in Shanghai. Over the years, we have built a strong reputation in China with high-quality food, excellent catering services and well-trained and experienced employees. We have always been pursuing the goal of providing customers with diversified and high-quality catering services. For this reason, we introduced pepper kitchen DIY fast food (franchised in Beijing, Tianjin and Shanghai) in 2010, and cooperated with famous Malaysian catering groups in 2013 to operate JINDA Malaysian food brand in China, bringing brand-new catering to our customers Concept. In the course of more than ten years' operation, Tang Palace has always paid attention to internal management and personnel training, made great efforts to build the excellent service brand of Tang Palace, respected human management, and pursued the corporate culture of "doing things with love". Since 2001, we have cooperated with a number of professional consulting companies to lay a solid foundation for the group and realize enterprise construction. In October 2008, Tanggong set up its own food factory in Shanghai and established a central food production system to produce a number of seasonal food and gift box packaged food. Tanggong Food Factory integrates purchasing, food production, preservation, quality inspection, packaging, inventory and distribution procedures to uniformly handle food processing procedures for group restaurants. The group has successively passed the "Hong Kong high quality five regular law certification", "Hong Kong Society of environmental resources and safety", "Five Diamond national super restaurant certification" and other examinations, and was awarded the honorary titles of "national green catering enterprise", "national dietotherapy and Health Preservation Demonstration Unit", "China's top 100 catering enterprises".
