广东中轻枫泰生化科技有限公司，是于2007年3月由广东省茂名市电白县政府通过招商引资方式引进，是一家以木薯、木薯淀粉、玉米淀粉为原料，专业生产销售工业用木薯淀粉、变性淀粉，以及木薯种植、国内贸易、农产品购销及货物进出口业务的有限责任公司。公司注册资本为人民币4500万元，由广州枫泰贸易有限公司与贵州同济堂资产经营管理有限公司各出资2250万元成立，公司注册及经营地址位于茂名市电白县霞洞镇，经营占地面积达16.8万平方米（其中厂房面积32000平方米）。

公司一期总投资7500万元，于2010年1月建成投产，以木薯为原料，采用高新科技加工转化，公司生产的阳离子淀粉和氧化淀粉主要是提供给造纸工业作为辅助材料，用于表面施胶和涂布，还用作内部添加剂、纸板间层粘合剂，以改善纸张的性质，增加纸的强度、光滑度、挺度、耐磨性、耐久性以及填料的保留率，使纸和纸板具有良好的物理性能、表面性能和满足其它方面的特殊质量要求。一期年产木薯淀粉30000吨、年产变性淀粉36000吨，年产值1.5亿元。
