洛阳市河图实业有限公司始建于1991年，1995年8月份在扩大生产经营规模和经营范围的基础上更名为：洛阳市河图实业有限公司，经营范围：电线、电缆、摩托车消声器的生产销售等。占地面积41000平方米，建筑面积23000平方米，拥有资产一亿三佰万元。产品经国家电力部电工材料检测中心、上海、武汉等专业检测中心和河南省电线电缆检测中心多次抽查检验，各项技术指标均达到和超过国标和国际IEC等标准要求。
