蜂之巢于2003年成立了“基地管理小组”,小组会不定期对备案蜂农进行专业培训,其中包括养蜂管理、疾病防治、蜂蜜采收、存放以及养蜂日志填写、标签使用等方面,蜂之巢的养蜂技术人员会不定期到蜂场巡查,每年年底对全年各蜂农的蜂蜜质量进行总结,在不断提高蜂农养蜂技术的同时,健全养蜂基地检验检疫备案体系,进而提高蜂农的收益,保障备案养蜂基地管理的安全性和科学性。
