Qatar Airways headquarters moved to Doha new airport in 2008. By the end of December 2011, Qantas had opened 107 international routes, with 103 aircrafts and nearly 5700 flight attendants from more than 130 countries and regions around the world. On September 9, 2013, Qatar Airways announced that it had officially joined Huanyu family on October 30 of the same year.
