日本将强制回收锂电池设备

据参考消息援引《朝日新闻》报道,日本政府12日决定,将针对移动电源、手机(含智能手机)以及加热烟设备这三类产品,强制要求相关生产企业履行回收与重复利用义务。主要原因是它们内置的小型锂电池被频繁混入普通垃圾中,导致垃圾处理厂等地火灾事故不断。这三类产品将被纳入法定的“指定回收产品”范围。新规将于明年4月《促进资源有效利用法》修正案施行时同步启动。这三类产品的生产商及进口销售商,将被强制要求回收废弃设备并进行重复利用。对于应对不力的企业,主管部门将发出书面劝告或行政命令;拒不配合者将面临罚款。用户虽不会受到处罚,但需按要求将废弃设备送到家电卖场或地方政府的回收箱以妥善处理。
