公司前身东方日立锅炉有限公司成立于1996年7月1日。位于城南路四号桥1572号的老厂占地面积约50000m2，建筑面积约31000 m2。为满足公司发展需要，公司于2012年在嘉兴经济技术开发区制造业基地增资新建厂房，（一期）面积25413.88㎡，联合生产厂房（二期）面积23540.35㎡，共计48954.23㎡。目前已经具备年产6台9F等级余热锅炉、20000吨蛇形管受热面、20000吨H型鳍片管省煤器以及1800吨集箱、5000吨结构件等生产能力。员工人数约500人，年产值约8亿元。

公司拥有原巴布科克日立的超临界本生型直流锅炉、燃气轮机联合循环余热锅炉及锅炉岛的设计、制造、检查、安装、调试技术。通过多年的努力发展，已经掌握了超临界本生型直流锅炉和余热锅炉的技术、管理经验，增强了企业的设计开发和制造能力，提高了产品性能和质量，强化了产品在国际、国内市场的竞争力。

公司与东方锅炉和日本巴布科克日立公司共同完成了600MW超临界机组国产化沁北电厂。由东方日立锅炉有限公司合作或独立成套设计、制造完成的超临界机组锅炉及燃烧器达40余台套，公司产品遍布日本、美国、意大利、澳大利亚、秘鲁、白俄罗斯、马来西亚等海内外。在中日母公司管理人员的指导下，建立了完善的项目管理、成本管理和质量管理体系。取得特种设备A级锅炉制造许可证、美国 ASME 授权“S ”钢印、“U”钢印和ISO 9001:2008 认证。公司经营范围：设计承接300MW及以上本生型直流锅炉、200MW及以下自然循环汽包锅炉、特种锅炉、余热锅炉、锅炉零部件制造及其产品售后服务。
