烟台舒驰客车有限责任公司，是一个新兴现代化企业，公司位于胶东半岛的交通枢纽、梨乡——莱阳市。这里风景优美，交通便利。

公司是中国客车企业中较早生产厂家之一。1969年建厂投产，2002年3月，以交通部客车生产企业“烟台汽车运输集团客车改装厂”职工出资，联合烟台交运集团，进行了股份制改造，组建了“烟台舒驰客车有限责任公司。公司占地面积13万平方米，建筑面积5.8万平方米，在莱阳市工业园新落成了年产6000辆客车生产线。

不凡的技术打造出了经典的客车，严格苛刻的检验、试验赋予舒驰客车非凡的品质。公司于2002年通过了ISO9001：2000质量管理体系认证，2003年5月全部产品通过CCC认证，2005年公司先后上了PDM数据管理系统及ERP系统，提高了企业的经营管理效率和水平。同时公司引进了试验设备，购进了高性能的计算机软硬件设备，建立了内部局域网，兴建了微电脑控制的汽车安全检测线、淋雨试验室，成立了新产品试制车间，专门从事新产品的试制和道路试验，使新产品在开发过程中受到了严格的质量控制并接受苛刻的考验。

公司目前拥有“舒驰”品牌三大系列60多个品种的大、中、轻型，高、中、普档公路客车、旅游客车、城市客车的产品群。产品涵盖6米到13.7米的各型燃油、燃气客车产品。品种齐全、性价比高、更新换代快的舒驰客车在立足国内市场的同时，积极开拓国际市场，产品销往俄罗斯、阿尔及利亚、新西兰、泰国等国家和地区。
