公司是一家回收利用废钢熔炼高品质特殊钢的资源节约型高科技企业，具有材料熔炼——锻造——热处理——机械加工完整工艺链，现有限动芯棒、石油钻具、风机轴、铸管模、锻钢冷轧辊、液压油缸等多条专业化生产线。炼钢系统拥有从奥地利引进的φ800立式两机两流大圆坯连铸机、从意大利引进的60t电弧炉、60tLF钢包精炼炉、60tVD/VOD精炼炉，从美国引进“两电三工位”10t中频炉、60tAOD氩氧精炼炉；同时拥有3--20t电渣重熔炉9台。锻造系统拥有从奥地利引进的SXP-65型1400t精锻机和RF70型1800t精锻机，从德国引进的5000t油压快锻机，利用德国潘克公司技术改造的2200t油压快锻机以及国产的3150t、1600t油压机等。热处理系统拥有多台钟罩式电阻淬回火炉、井式电阻淬回火炉以及中频感应炉，适用于各种空心、实心、超长、大型轴类件及异型件的热处理。机加系统拥有各类大中型金切设备1000多台。
