杭州奥立达电梯有限公司位于杭州“天然氧吧度假圣地”建德新安江畔，毗邻举世闻名的旅游胜地千岛湖风景区，距杭州萧山国际机场仅有90分钟车程，地理位置优良。

2013年，公司斥资3亿元新建了奥立达电梯工业产业园区，整个园区占地面积达9万多平方米，总建筑面积12万平方米。
