德国舒可德（SUKEDE）集团是欧洲专业生产水净化设备的厂家，集团成立于1926年，坐落于德国柏林美丽的阿德勒斯霍夫高科技产业园区，1975年，舒可德联合柏林自由大学（Universität zu Berlin）组建了专业的科研机构，共同研发改进RO净水技术，特别是在水质净化、污水处理及海水淡化方面有较深的造诣。

2003年，德国SUKEDE舒可德集团经过多年对中国各地区水质的研究和筹划，正式进军中国市场，并与和上海中全发展集团共同投资成立合资公司——舒可德（中国）健康科技有限公司。目前，合资公司旗下子公司有：上海舒可德电器有限公司、青岛舒可德健康科技有限公司、上海中全进出口有限公司和一个直属机构——健康电子产业研究院。公司定位于水健康、空气健康等、家庭卫生等相关的企业。

上海中全实业发展集团是中国的生活电器生产制造商，公司成立于1996年，旗下品牌有“中全” “沃克” “开尔乐” 等生活电器。自2003年底，中全实业发展集团与德国舒可德公司在上海成立合资公司。

2004年初，合资公司董事会决定在上海青浦区徐泾镇建立生产基地，主要生产家庭净水机器、空气净化设备、智能扫地机器人生活电器。并成立子公司—上海舒可德电器有限公司。生产基地拥有9000多平生产车间和800多人的车间工作人员。基地生产的净水器、净水设备、空气净化器和智能扫地机器主要出口德国、英国、法国等欧洲国家和美国、加拿大等北美国家。

2004年8月，成立上海中全进出口有限公司作为合资公司的下属子公司，公司位于上海市洋山保税港区，负责舒可德全线产品的国外出口和原材料的进口采购。

2007年，成立合资公司总部直属机构——健康电子产业研究院，研究院位于上海青浦区舒可德电器生产基地内，负责净水技术研发、空气净化器技术研发和智能电子电器的前瞻性研究。

2014年4月，舒可德（SUKEDE）正式入驻青岛中德生态园智能家电4.0区，把净水器项目从上海舒可德电器生产基地分离出来成为独立在青岛中德生态园从事净水器的生产制造项目，并成立新的子公司——青岛舒可德健康科技有限公司。公司紧紧围绕中德生态园打造绿色、环保、健康产品的宗旨而贡献一份力量。中德生态园生产基地拥有7000多平方米净水器生产车间和员工600多人。
