学校现有全日制在校本科生、研究生、留学生共1.6万余名。专任教师970余人。其中，正高职称150余人，具有博士学位480余人。拥有浦口、莫愁两个校区，占地145公顷。中共审计署党校、审计署审计干部教育学院位于浦口校区。

学校设有政府审计学院、会计学院等16个专业学院（教学部），审计科学研究院、瑞华审计与会计学院等19个特色学院（研究院）；设有35个本科专业。建有教学团队1个、江苏省高校教学团队2个；现有江苏省高等教育人才培养模式创新实验基地1个。
