内蒙古独伊佳食品有限公司始创于1998年,是专业生产风干牛肉及其他酱卤肉制品的清真食品企业。公司总部位于赤峰市钢铁西街独伊佳大厦,生产基地位于赤峰市红山区农畜产品产业园区,企业前身为赤峰市独伊佳食品斋。

独伊佳生产基地占地面积2万平方米,建筑面积1.56万平方米,设计能力年生产风干牛肉1500吨,生产线工艺流程符合食品出口标准,在职员工500余人。截止2015年6月,独伊佳共有直营、加盟连锁店182家,营销网络遍及内蒙古、辽宁、河北、山东、山西、陕西、广东、上海、江苏等21个省市,年均实现产值1.5亿元。

独伊佳风干牛肉用料考究,选用内蒙古优质品种草原牛,在确定非孕、病、犊牛后,经阿訇屠宰,72小时排酸,精修冷冻部位牛肉——大黄瓜条。在传统技术与现代科技手段有机结合下,形成了科学严谨的生产工艺:A料腌制,上架自然风干,酵化入味,绝非烘干、烤干、炸干;B料熏制,真空包装。

在企业发展的历程中,独伊佳不断优化生产现场管理,企业于2011年引进和推行ISO9001:2008国际质量管理体系及ISO22000:2006食品安全管理体系认证工作。独伊佳注重新产品的研制开发,为消费者提供有质量和安全卫生的产品,满足市场消费需求。目前,独伊佳的主打产品风干牛肉产品有散装、白真空、裸彩、彩装、蒙古霸、风干肉串、肉金子等八个类别;原味、五香、麻辣、孜然、椒麻、烧烤、咖喱等七种口味;盒装、袋装、精品等不同重量标准和不同包装近百个品种。同时为丰富产品线、满足市场消费需求,独伊佳的烤羊腿、牛肉酱、牛板筋等新品将陆续上市。
