独伊佳生产基地占地面积2万平方米，建筑面积1.56万平方米，设计能力年生产风干牛肉1500吨，生产线工艺流程符合食品出口标准，在职员工500余人。截止2015年6月，独伊佳共有直营、加盟连锁店182家，营销网络遍及内蒙古、辽宁、河北、山东、山西、陕西、广东、上海、江苏等21个省市，年均实现产值1.5亿元。

独伊佳风干牛肉用料考究，选用内蒙古优质品种草原牛，在确定非孕、病、犊牛后，经阿訇屠宰，72小时排酸，精修冷冻部位牛肉——大黄瓜条。在传统技术与现代科技手段有机结合下，形成了科学严谨的生产工艺：A料腌制，上架自然风干，酵化入味，绝非烘干、烤干、炸干；B料熏制，真空包装。
