宁波热电股份有限公司，注册地位于宁波市经济技术开发区大港工业城凤洋一路66号，公司前身为北仑热电有限公司，主营业务为热电联产。于1994年筹建，于2001年12月26日依法整体变更为宁波热电股份有限公司，2004年7月6日在上海证券交易所挂牌上市，公司证券代码600982。
