宜兴市艺蝶针织有限公司，地处太湖之滨——陶都宜兴。艺蝶的前身是宜兴涤纶厂组建的宜兴涤纶二厂（现华亚化纤有限公司），始建于1987年。由于公司产品富有艺术感，做出的蝴蝶栩栩如生，同时配合“宜”（宜兴）和“涤“（涤纶厂）的谐音。2001年华亚化纤为了扩产，需用原涤纶二厂的厂房，所以将原涤纶二厂部分机器连同熟练工转让给经编车间主任储国平（现任艺蝶董事长），更名为宜兴市艺蝶针织有限公司，迁址科学仪器设备厂原址。后由于旧厂房无法满足生产需要，为了扩大生产，征地30亩，重建新厂房。

艺蝶是国内较早引进经编无缝机的工厂，拥有KALMAYER生产过的各种机型，并且在国内外是机器台数多的工厂，以生产经编袜子、内衣、内裤、围巾、披肩为主，品种和产量是全球较高的工厂，能够满足技术层面及数量方面的要求。

艺蝶产品主要由以下几大系列组成：时尚提花经编内衣、连裤袜、七分裤、九分裤，长、中、短统袜，船袜；经编围巾、披毯；经编手套、帽子等。年产连裤袜5000万条，长筒袜300万双，短袜300万双，短手套500万付，围巾800万条，披毯200万条，内衣100万件。主要产品——时尚网袜系列占国内网袜市场的30%的份额。

Since the old plant can not meet the production needs, in order to expand production, land acquisition of 30 mu, reconstruction of the new plant. Yidie is one of the earliest factories to introduce warp knitting seamless machine in China. It has various models produced by kalmayer and has many machines at home and abroad. It mainly produces warp knitting socks, underwear, underpants, scarves and shawls. Its variety and output are relatively high in the world, which can meet the requirements of technical level and quantity. Yidie products are mainly composed of the following series: Fashion jacquard warp knitted underwear, pantyhose, Capris, Capris, long, medium and short socks, ship socks; warp knitted scarf, blanket; warp knitted gloves, hats, etc. With an annual output of 50 million pantyhose, 3 million pairs of stockings, 3 million pairs of socks, 5 million pairs of short gloves, 8 million scarves, 2 million blankets and 1 million underwear. The main products - Fashion stockings series account for 30% of the domestic stockings market share.
