2007年6月，重庆市国资委通过国有股权划转，将重庆市水务控股（集团）有限公司由国有独资有限责任公司变更为两名股东的国有控股有限责任公司。于本公司设立前，重庆市水务控股（集团）有限公司的股东分别为：（1）重庆市水务资产经营有限公司，持股比例为85%；（2）重庆苏渝实业发展有限公司，持股比例为15%。2007年8月，重庆市水务控股（集团）有限公司股东会通过决议，同意以2007年6月30日经审计的净资产账面值595,178.12万元折为股本430,000万股，整体变更为重庆水务集团股份有限公司，净资产账面值超过认缴的注册资本金额的部分165,178.12万元计入公司资本公积金。其中，水务资产经营公司持有365,500万股，占股本总额的85%；苏渝公司持有64,500万股，占股本总额的15%。2007年9月6日，本公司获得重庆市工商行政管理局颁发的企业法人营业执照。

In August 2007, the shareholders' meeting of Chongqing water holding (Group) Co., Ltd. passed a resolution, agreeing to convert the audited net asset book value of 5951781200 yuan into 430000 shares of capital stock on June 30, 2007, and change it into Chongqing Water Group Co., Ltd. as a whole. The part of the net asset book value exceeding the subscribed registered capital amount of 1651781200 yuan shall be included in the company's capital reserve. Among them, water asset management company holds 3655 million shares, accounting for 85% of the total share capital; Su Yu company holds 645 million shares, accounting for 15% of the total share capital. On September 6, 2007, the company obtained the business license of enterprise legal person issued by Chongqing Administration for Industry and commerce.
