河南新开源石化管道有限公司，原位于中国重工业生产基地洛阳的西侧-新安县洛新产业集聚区，专业生产高、中、低压钢制弯头、三通、异径管、封头、法兰、承插件等承压管道配件，是国内外大型管件生产企业之一，也是河南省大型抗高含硫管件生产基地。产品广泛应用于石油、化工、天然气输送、电力、冶金、轻工、纺织、核电站、船舶及供热等行业的管道工程。

公司始建于一九七八年十月，前身是“河南省石油化工机械厂”。2007年经改制，成立“河南新开源石化管道有限公司”。公司现有职工220人，专业技术人员68人，其中高中级专业技术人员26名，初级专业技术人员42名。专业检验试验人员10名。历经30余年的发展，公司拥有多条管件生产线，可以加工制造煨制弯头（Φ15mm-Φ1600mm）、无缝管件（Φ25mm-Φ820mm）、钢板制管件（Φ150mm-Φ2400mm）、承插焊管件（Φ15mm-Φ150mm）、法兰、盲板（Φ15mm-Φ2400mm）等无缝、焊制、锻制三大系列各种规格型号的高、中、低压管道配件产品，材质有碳钢、合金钢和不锈钢，其工艺技术和产品质量达到出色水平。

稳定的质量、齐全的品种、合理的价格，加上交货及时和良好的售后服务，使公司在用户中创出了良好信誉，与国内多家大型企业保持着良好的供需关系，实现了“起点高、工艺新、管理严、效益好、信誉高”的宗旨和特色。目前公司可以独立完成1000万吨炼油、100万吨乙烯以及大型火力发电机组的弯头、三通、异径管、管帽等管道配件的供货业务，并于1998年起开始出口到中东、中亚、远东、东南亚等国家和地区，受到了国内外用户的良好赞誉。

经过多年的发展，现有厂区的规模远远不能满足公司的飞速发展，为此公司2011年决定在洛阳市洛新产业集聚区开始建设新厂区。新厂区一期、二期工程预计在一年内完成，总投资约20000万元。

基础设施计划布置15000平方米的设备加工厂房二座，10000平方米机械加工厂房一座，8000平方米材料库房1座，300平方米废料场一块，检验试验中心建筑一座，热处理设施一座，仓库一至二座，生活设施楼一座，办公楼一座，停车场一块，辅助设施若干，绿地若干，全部工业及生活设施约占地160亩。

公司新厂区建成后可达到年近10亿元的加工能力，并计划在2015年投入自动化生产线，生产能力有望提高3-5 倍，新项目投产后，公司将此项目基地作为石化行业特种管件的生产基地，深化和相关设计院的合作，专业制造抗高含硫、抗腐蚀性管件，让特种优质管件走向全世界。
