当前公司主要经营有一个中心两个基地，即种苗繁育中心，公司目前拥有6400亩扇贝养殖基地和陆上配套占地138亩及占地59亩海湾贝类苗种苗培育示范基地。主要养殖海产品有：华贵栉孔扇贝、太平洋单体牡蛎、墨西哥湾扇贝；职工人数193人。

扇贝苗种场，总投资1380万元，占地59亩，建设面积9800平方米，水体18000立方米，主要包括贝母车间、贝苗生产车间、养殖示范池、仓库、机电房、办公宿舍楼、供排水系统、消防环保、质量监控和卫生处理系统。按标准工厂化技术流程工艺，每年可孵化贝苗苗种18万亿粒，年产值约345万元。该种苗基地是目前海南省规模较大贝类培育基地。

扇贝生态养殖基地，项目投资5980万元，陆上建设规模占地138亩，养殖用海6600亩，已建成扇贝海洋生态养殖基地2800亩，年产墨西哥湾成品扇贝1000吨、华贵栉孔扇贝商品扇1900吨，实现年总产值4600万元。

贝苗种繁育中心，当前与科研院校进行热带水产新品养殖技术研究或技术合作，专注于提高海产品养殖技术含量，促进海南省水产农业产业化发展，增强企业市场竞争力。现阶段主要研发的海产品：墨西哥湾扇贝、华贵栉孔扇贝、太平洋单体牡蛎苗种及养殖技术研究。

The scallop ecological breeding base, with a project investment of 59.8 million yuan, covers an area of 138 mu on land and 6600 mu of sea for breeding, has built a scallop marine ecological breeding base of 2800 mu, with an annual output of 1000 tons of finished scallops in the Gulf of Mexico and 1900 tons of commercial scallops, realizing a total annual output value of 46 million yuan. Shellfish breeding center, currently engaged in research or technical cooperation with scientific research institutions on tropical aquaculture technology, focuses on improving the technical content of seafood breeding, promoting the industrialization of aquaculture in Hainan Province, and enhancing the market competitiveness of enterprises.
