2011年，茂华收购上海华宝食品厂有限公司，2012年初年顺利兼并成都跳跳龙食品有限公司。茂华凭借实力与魄力，仅用三年时间实现企业集团化，成为西南地区较大的糖果生产基地。“巧巧”、“华宝”、“跳跳龙”三大品牌三位一体，带动茂华整体发展。茂华的版图还在不断扩大。茂华三期工程已正式竣工投产，新建标准化厂房及配套设施用房共33000平方米，设计年产3万吨糖果生产线。项目完工后，公司的厂房面积达53000平方米，年总产能将达5万吨各类糖果产品。新厂房宽敞大方，美味的糖果就在这里产生。
