四川金沙纳米技术有限公司成立于二00七年,系中信集团下属国际资产管理有限公司及其它投资人共同设立,注册资金1584.234万元。公司注册地为攀枝花钒钛高新技术产业开发区,法定代表人罗俊奎。占地68亩,建成区面积40亩,现有员工80余人,其中教授、研究员、高级工程师10名,其他专业技术人员18名,技术工人40余名,是一家集新技术、新设备、新材料为一体的、具有循环经济特色的环保型企业。

公司利用自主创新的生产工艺技术,以硫酸法生产钛白粉的副产物---硫酸亚铁为原料,综合利用攀枝花资源,生产纳米铁粉、微米铁粉、草酸亚铁、氧化铁等新材料产品,同时副产硫酸铵。历时五年终于形成了完整的工业化生产技术和工艺,实现了硫酸法钛白副产绿矾的环保化处理和高附加值综合利用,整个生产过程基本无“三废”排放,达到了清洁化生产的要求,具有较大推广价值和广阔的应用前景。以硫酸亚铁为主要原材料,通过自主创新的生产工艺技术,形成年产超细铁粉1500吨、草酸亚铁3500吨、氧化铁5000吨等产品,其中纳米铁粉工业化生产通过了中国工程物理研究院的鉴定。

公司微、纳米铁粉产品主要用于粉末冶金、金属注射成型、磁性材料、吸附材料、超硬材料、食品药品添加剂、军工等领域。草酸亚铁是制备纳米铁粉和高温固相法合成磷酸铁锂正极材料的原材料,还可用于医药、染料、照相显影、陶瓷的生产。氧化铁是制备微米铁粉的原材料,同时还用于颜料、磁粉等领域。目前,公司生产的微米铁粉在民用领域,尤其是在金刚石工具运用领域已取得良好声誉,并正在向其它领域拓展。
