山东益都阀门集团股份有限公司始建于1948年，1960年开始专业生产阀门产品， 2008年由国有企业改制为民营企业。

公司占地面积20万平方米，拥有铸钢、铸铁、锻造、加工和装配车间，配备了加工中心，大型立式、卧式数控车床，数控镗铣床，组合机床，大型平面磨床，数控球面磨床，球面超音速喷涂，中频感应喷焊，等离子弧堆焊等制造设备和大中型液压阀门试验、寿命试验、扭矩测试等试验设备及低温阀门实验室，X射线探伤、日本产光谱分析仪、德国产壁厚测试仪等检测设备。
