吉林邦农科技有限公司（以下称邦农科技）成立于2003年8月，主营业务为功能性复合肥、掺混肥生产和销售，是集研发、生产、销售和农化服务为一体的国有控股企业（农垦北大荒集团持股51%），资产总额4亿元人民币。

公司生产基地占地面积23万平方米，位于德惠市米沙子工业集中区，距省会长春24公里，距龙嘉机场45公里，距在建中的长春铁路货运中心10公里，紧邻102国道、G1高速公路，区位优势明显。

邦农科技现有员工85余人，其中初、中、高级技术人员22人。公司下设综合办公室（含质控）、营销中心、生产部、物流部、财务部、《邦农人》/网站、科研所，还控股吉林北大荒都市农业股份有限公司（拟登陆新三板）、吉林省诚信邦农种植专业合作社联社，参股吉林省绿色先锋食品开发有限公司。

目前已完成建设的基础设施有：研发办公楼5000m2，化肥生产车间9000m2，物流库房35000m2，露天储料台20000m2；拥有年产10万吨氨酸造粒复合肥生产线一条，掺混肥生产线2条、年产BB肥30万吨；钢结构生产车间6400m2（对外租赁）。

邦农科技目前在东北三省一区内已有300余家县、乡（镇）级经销商，其中40%为经营邦农科技产品，50%为经营邦农科技产品和其他品牌产品各半，10%为主推其他品牌产品，辅助销售邦农科技产品，销售网络比较稳定，2015年销售复合、掺混肥料12万吨，其中功能肥料9万吨。

同时，通过吉林省农村经济信息中心的电子商务平台，探索B2C、O2O，农户通过平台直接选购产品，网上交易结算。

邦农科技领办的“吉林省诚信邦农种植专业合作社联社”通过扁平化营销渠道，仅在德惠市的19个乡镇就发展了72个分社，覆盖210个村（全市308个村），带动农民6000余户，推广使用邦农系列功能肥面积7000余公顷（玉米5500公顷、水稻1500公顷）；同时，该合作社利用当地废弃秸秆资源生产“尝谓好TM ”乳酸发酵功能饲料，拟通过探索种植、过腹转化、肥料还田循环，实现项目村资源利用可持续发展模式。
