广州飞肯摩托车有限公司是一家专业生产制造摩托车的大型企业，成立于2005年，先后在广东广州、广东清远、广西象州、重庆大足投资创建了四大生产基地。

飞肯整车生产线，拥有部装、总装、检测三大车间。所有零部件在部装车间进行检验、测试和组装后，通过全自动悬挂系统直接配送至总装生产线，经流水线装配完毕后，送达整车检测线进行整体检测和调试，合格后方可入库。同时，公司采用自动化的整车包装流水线作业，严格按工序、按工艺流程打包，长途运输无损坏。

飞肯发动机在生产之前采用八大件清洗工艺，提高零部件清洁度；在生产过程中严格控制飞轮螺栓、气门螺母的扭力值，并进行严格的气密，进入转盘调试台进行综合调试，并进行二次气门冷机调整和二次机油更换，发动机各项指标达到和超过国家标准要求。
